Grapes Varieties

Primitivo DOP of Manduria
Primitivo is known for its early ripening among traditional varieties, with clusters that do not mature simultaneously. It is a grape of great character, capable of reaching very high alcohol levels, producing wines of notable intensity and complexity.
Negramaro
Negroamaro is a native Apulian grape, whose name may derive from the Latin and Greek words for 'black,' or simply from the dark color of its grapes and its bitter taste. It is often used in pure form or blended with Primitivo to give the wine more body and a distinctive flavor.
Fiano di Avellino
Fiano di Avellino is an ancient grape variety appreciated for its fragrance and light color. Despite being long overlooked in favor of fuller-bodied reds, it has been reevaluated today for its refreshing and aromatic qualities.
Lambrusco
Although not native to our territory, Lambrusco is a strategic addition to our vineyard assortment. It contributes to vibrant ruby red wines and helps manage harvest times thanks to its late ripening.

Sustainability

Sustainability is at the heart of our company philosophy, reflected in every aspect of our operations from the vineyard to the winery. Our dedication begins with cultivating all grapes according to organic farming principles, avoiding pesticides, herbicides, and chemical fertilizers in favor of natural methods that support soil health and biodiversity. Our fully automated and digitized 4.0 winery allows us to precisely monitor and control vinification conditions, reducing waste and improving energy efficiency, thereby producing quality wines with minimal environmental impact.

We actively work to reduce CO2 emissions by using renewable energy where possible and implementing practices to reduce energy and water consumption.
